Dedication to the Industry

An individual who has excelled in their efforts to develop tourism in Barbados and whose activities have made a major impact on Barbados ' tourism and culture.

Leadership & Sharing of Knowledge & Skills

Exhibits a willingness to provide leadership and share skills and knowledge with others in the industry.

Years of Service

Has had a minimum of 7 - 10  years of outstanding service in the sector.

Innovation & Creativity

Has initiated and/or supported an innovative or creative idea within the last twelve to twenty-four (12-24) months which has enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of the Barbados tourism sector.
