Margaret’s Fish Shak is located in the Oistins Bay Gardens Complex and is one of the most popular vendors there. In operation for 23 years Margaret’s Fish Shak is known for its family atmosphere, great food and excellent service. Such great attributes has landed them the opportunity to cater for the international airline Virgin Atlantic. Well respected by her peers and those she meets the owner, Margaret, displays genuine concern for patrons and has been known to serve up words of advice to people from all walks of life. Margaret believes wholeheartedly in helping others and performs her civic duty by making contributions to the Salvation Army and the Geriatric hospital.
